MISSION
Ivy Language Learn helps international parents whose children are studying in English-speaking schools develop the confidence, language skills, and cultural understanding needed to succeed academically, build meaningful relationships, and thrive in their new environment.
SERVICES PROVIDED
Ivy Language Learn provides:
• Educational coaching
• Academic success coaching
• Language development coaching
• Cultural adaptation coaching
• Parent consulting
• Workshops
• Group coaching programs
• Online educational services
Services are educational and consultative in nature and are not therapy, counseling, tutoring guaranteed to produce specific academic outcomes, legal services, or medical services.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information.
• Attend scheduled sessions.
• Participate actively in coaching activities.
• Communicate respectfully.
• Complete assigned practice activities when applicable.
Results depend largely on the client's effort and participation.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Ivy Language Learn makes no guarantees regarding:
• Academic performance
• School grades
• Test scores
• College admissions
• Language proficiency levels
• Social outcomes
• Employment outcomes
Each student's progress depends on numerous factors beyond the Company's control.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due according to the enrollment agreement or invoice.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Clients should provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations whenever possible.
Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited.
ONLINE SERVICES
Clients are responsible for:
• Internet access
• Appropriate technology
• Maintaining a suitable learning environment
The Company is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages or technology failures outside its control.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All educational materials, resources, presentations, assessments, recordings, and documents remain the property of Ivy Language Learn.
Clients may use materials for personal educational purposes only.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or shared without written permission.
RECORDINGS
Online sessions may be recorded for training, quality assurance, or client access purposes when applicable.
Participation constitutes consent to recording unless otherwise prohibited by law.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Ivy Language Learn reserves the right to terminate services for:
• Non-payment
• Repeated missed appointments
• Abusive behavior
• Harassment
• Violation of these Terms
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ivy Language Learn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of services.
Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for services during the preceding twelve months.
INDEMNIFICATION
Clients agree to hold harmless and indemnify Ivy Language Learn against claims arising from misuse of services or violation of these Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Ivy Language Learn may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication.
